广西橘子果汁中的6种特征化学成分分析 被引量:3

摘要 为给广西柑桔的品质评价与果汁生产加工提供参考数据,采用原子吸收法和分光光度法,测定并比较分析了广西5个产地(永福县、富川县、柳江县、全州县、兴业县)的橘子果汁中的6种特征成分含量。结果发现,广西产的橘子果汁中,钾、总磷、氨基酸态氮、L-脯氨酸、总D-异柠檬酸及总黄酮的含量均很高,其氨基酸态氮高于标准值,其中柳江县、全州县两个产地的总体水平优于标准值。 In order to provide some basic data for quality evaluation and fruit juice production of oranges from Guangxi, contents of six characteristic chemical components in oranges juice from five production areas in Guangxi (Yongfu County, Fuchuan County, Liujiang County, Quanzhou County, Xingye County) were determined and analyzed by atomic absorption method and spectrophotometry. The results show that contents of potassium, total phosphorus, amino- acid nitrogen, L-proline, total D-isocitric acid and total flavonoids in oranges juice from Guangxi are very high, in which amino-acid nitrogen content is higher than the standard value, and overall levels of fruit juices from Liujiang and Quanzhou are higher than the standard values.
