摘要
从本质上说,幼儿教师专业发展可通过外塑培训与内塑自主两条路径达成。一方面,需要外部环境给幼儿教师提供一种健康、和谐的专业发展氛围和机制;另一方面,幼儿教师自身要拥有自主发展的意识、愿望、需求和能力,在幼儿教育教学实践中找寻作为幼儿教师的意义与价值,获得良好的专业发展。
In essence, nursery teachers'development can be attained via external shaped training and internal self- reliance. On one hand, requiring the outer circumstances proved a sound and harmonious special development atmosphere and mechanism; On another hand, nursery teachers must equip with awareness, wish , request and competency of self - reliance. Seeking nursery teachers'significance and value in the teaching practice to acquire a sound special development.
