补阳还五汤及其有效部位组方对沙鼠脑缺血再灌注后兴奋性氨基酸和超微结构的影响 被引量:31

摘要 比较研究补阳还五汤及其有效部位组方对脑缺血再灌注后脑组织兴奋性氨基酸 (EAA)含量和海马CA1区超微结构的影响。采用沙鼠脑缺血模型 ,缺血 15min后进行再灌注 ,于再灌注不同时间取脑组织测定。结果 :①在再灌注 48h ,补阳还五汤及其有效部位方可使脑组织谷氨酸 (Glu)含量降低 ,有效部位方还可使天冬氨酸 (Asp)含量降低 ;②在再灌注后 5d ,补阳还五汤及其有效部位方均可对抗海马CA1区神经元变性死亡 ,对CA1区超微病理改变有改善作用 ,两者改善程度相近 ;③在再灌注后 5d ,补阳还五汤及其有效部位方均可减少海马CA1区神经元凋亡发生的例数 ,具有抗脑缺血后神经元凋亡的作用 ,两者作用相近。认为补阳还五汤及其有效部位方均具有抗缺血性脑损伤的作用 ,它可对抗EAA的兴奋毒性 ,改善神经元的超微病理结构 ,对抗神经元凋亡。 Objective:[WT4”,5BZ]To investigate the effects of BYHWD and its available composition combination on EAA and ultrastructure of hippocampal gyrus CA 1 area in cerebral tissue.Methods: Cerebral ischemic reperfusion model in gerbils was uesd. Reperfusion 15 min after ischemia.Result:[WT4”,5BZ]①Reperfusion 48 h, BYHWD and its available composition combination could reduce glutamate content, its available composition combination could also inhibit elevation of aspurate.②Reperfusion 5 d,both could be against the death of neurons in hippocampal gyrus CA 1 area,and improve neuronal ultrastructure pathologic changes, the improvement was similar.③Reperfusion 5d,both could decrease neuronal apoptosis in hippocampal gyrus CA 1 area, the results showed that both of them could antagonize neuronal apoptosis after cerebral ischemia reperfusion. [WT4”,5FZ]Conclusion: BYHWD and its avai lable composition combination both could antagonize injury of cerebral ischemia and excitoxicity of EAA, improve neuronal pathologic ultrastructure,antagonize neuronal apoptosis.
