摘要 为制定小柴胡冲剂的质量标准 ,采用薄层层析法对小柴胡冲剂中的柴胡、甘草、黄芩进行了定性鉴别 ,用高效液相色谱法测定黄芩苷的含量。结果 :柴胡、甘草、黄芩的定性鉴别灵敏、专属 ;黄芩苷含量测定平均回收率 10 0 5 % ,RSD =1 2 0 %。结论 :建立的定性、定量方法简便、准确、灵敏、重现性好 ,可作为其质量控制标准。 OBJECTIVE:To work out the quality standards of Xiaochaihu Granules.METHODS:The identification of composition was carryied out with TLC.The determination of content of baicalin was performed with HPLC.RESULTS:The identification of Radix Bupleuri,Radix Glycyrrhizae and Radix scutellariae in Xiaochaihu Granules had been carryied out with TLC.The content of baicalin was determined by HPLC.The average recovery was 100.5%,with RSD 1.2%.CONCLUSION:The metheods of quantitative and qualitative analyses were simple,sensitive,accurate and with a good reproduction.These methods could be used to control the quality of Xiaochaihu Granules.
