随着国际大型石油公司HSE管理体系评估研究工作的快速发展,中国石油为了在HSE体系管理方面能够与国际接轨,开发了HSE管理体系运行质量评估标准。应用此评估标准,对A油田公司HSE管理体系运行质量进行了试点评估,确定了该公司的HSE管理体系运行质量等级,与其他一些国际咨询公司给出的评估结果基本一致。验证了中国石油HSE体系运行质量评估标准的适用性及准确性,并提出相关的持续改进建议。

With the rapid development of the research on HSE management in international oil industry,CNPC establishes HSE management evaluation criteria in order to conform to international standards. The paper gives an example assessing the HSE management operational quality of an oilfield company namedA'by the HSE evaluation criteria.The assessment conclusion is compared with international assessment results to discuss the applicability and accuracy of the CNPC's HSE management evaluation criteria which makes recommendations for further improvement.
