摘要
基于实验室认可和资质认定评审准则对新开项目(或新建分析方法)必须要进行方法确认的要求,通过对标准土壤样品、能力验证样品、土壤及废弃泥浆样品分析对比,验证了原子荧光光谱法测定土壤中总砷方法的检出限、准确度、精密度、加标回收率等技术指标的符合性。
Based on the laboratory accreditation and accreditation criteria,new project requires the method validation.Through the analysis of standard soil samples,test samples,soil and waste slurry samples,the method of atomic fluorescence spectrometry is validated that the detection limit,accuracy,precision,recovery rate and other technical indicators of the method for total arsenic determining in soil.
