摘要人权是当代国际社会普遍关注的重大问题之一，也是中国法治事业不可或缺的基本价值目标之一。“中国共产党领导人民进行革命、建设、改革，就是要实现全中国人民广泛的自由、民主、人权……中国集中力量发展经济，促进社会全面进步，坚持发展社会主义民主，建设社会主义法治国家，都是为了促进中国人民的人权事业。”。
