火电厂废气治理系统改造工程实例分析

摘要 结合某火电厂废气污染物的监测和改造经验,总结了锅炉废气污染物特点,并采用布袋除尘、戈尔薄膜过滤、除雾、3层脱硫塔喷淋等双碱法脱硫综合治理技术有效控制了废气污染;以该火电厂燃煤锅炉为例,对锅炉废气处理系统改造工艺进行了分析,改造后的烟气脱硫净化系统能连续可靠运行,废气经布袋除尘、双碱法脱硫后,各类废气排放的浓度远低于相应标准限值,可实现达标排放。 According to the experience of monitoring and reforming the waste gas pollution system of a ther- mal power plant in Luohe, the features of boiler waste gas pollutant were concluded, and the waste gas pollu- tion was effectively controlled by adopting bag filtration, gall film filtration, demisting and dual-alkali FGD (Three-layer spray-type desulfurization tower). Taking the coal-fired boiler of this power plant for example, the reforming processes of boiler waste gas disposal system were analyzed. After reformation, the FGD system had a continuous and reliable operation, and the waste gas emission was far lower than the standard limit.
