摘要
近年来家长对子女英语学习的关注和投入与日俱增,这已逐渐成为外语教育领域研究的一个新热点。为此,本研究参考布迪厄的资本理论,并借用诺顿的学习者二语投资概念,设计了相应的家长投资问卷,并对来自4个城市15所不同类型初中的1542名八年级学生进行了有效的问卷调查。然后,采用验证性因子分析确定了两种投资观念(主动投资观念和不投资观念)和4种投资行为(关系投资、情感投资、知识投资和经济投资)。信、效度检验结果显示,该问卷具有较高的信度、效度和题项区分度,可以作为今后测量初中生家长投资的参考问卷。
In recent years, parental investment (PI) in children's English learning sharply increased, which is to become a new research area in the field of foreign language education reseach.However,there was still no literaturereporting the design of related questionnaire.In order to push this research ahead and pro- duce a statistical questionnaire, this research drew upon Bourdieu's Capital Theory and Norton's Learner's Investment on L2 Learning, designed and testified " Questionnaire on Parental Investment in Junior High School Students' English Learning" .Employing confirmatory factor analysis (CFA), this study analyzed thedata of 1542 Grade 8 students from 15 different junior high schools located in four cities.It found two types of parental investment beliefs (active investment belief and non-investment belief) and four types of parental investment behaviors (knowledge, emotion, economy and relation).This study generated highly valid ,reliable and discriminated questionnaire for further relevant studies.
