摘要
目的 :了解农村中学生补充维生素A、β-胡萝卜素前后的血清变化 ,评价补充效果。 方法 :选取 82名农村中学生补充维生素A和 β-胡萝卜素 ,并测定血清中维生素A、β -胡萝卜素的含量。 结果 :农村中学生维生素A、β-胡萝卜素本底水平分别为 (32 3 .1± 90 .4) μg/L和 (356 .0± 81 .4)mg/L。每天补充 2mg和 6mgβ-胡萝卜素 ,6周后效果相同。而补充维生素A组血清水平高于补β -胡萝卜素组。 结论 :长期每天摄入 4mgβ-胡萝卜素能基本保证中学生生理情况下对维生素A的营养要求 。
Objective: To understand the changes in serum vitamin A and β-carotene levels of rural middle school students before and after supplementation to evaluate the efficiency of supplementation of vitamin A and β-carotene. Methods: Eighty- two middle school students were selected to enter a trial of the effects of vitamin A and β-carotene supplementation, their serum vitamin A and β-carotene levels were determined. Results: The serum vitamin A and β-carotene levels of rural middle school students before supplementation were (323.1±90.4)μg/L and (356.0±81.4)mg/L respectively. There was a similarity in the efficiency between supplementation of daily 2mg and 6mg β-carotene in the sixth weekend. The serum vitamin A and β-carotene levels were higher in vitamin A supplementation group than in β-carotene supplementation group. Conclusion: Daily β-carotene intake of 4mg can meet the need of middle school students for vitamin A. It is illustrated that animal foods rich in vitamin A are important for the improvement of vitamin A status.
