基于AHP的青岛市生态城市建设评价研究

Evaluation Research of Eco-City Construction in Qingdao Based on AHP

通过构建青岛生态城市建设评价指标体系,综合运用AHP、问卷调查、德尔菲法等方法对青岛市生态建设水平进行评价研究,结果表明:青岛市生态建设取得了一定的成效,城市生态化水平不断提高,但存在各子系统发展不协调以及发展速度不均衡等问题。青岛市应坚持生态优先,构建可持续发展的资源保障和环境承载体系;进行空间分区管制,合理引导城市功能布局;树立生态城市经营理念,倡导生态生活方式。

The ecological construction level in Qingdao is evaluated by building an index system with the approaches of AHP, question- naire survey and Delphi method. It is found that ecological construction in Qingdao has achieved some success, ecology level continues to increase, but there exist the issues in terms of inconsonant development and uneven speed of development among subsystems. The govern- ment should adhere to ecological priority, building resource guarantee and environmental carrying system for sustainable development; carry out spatial zoning, guiding reasonably layout of urban functions; establish management ideas of eco-city, promoting ecological lifestyle.
