临床实习对某校中专医学生吸烟行为的影响

The Effect of Medical Students' Clinical Practice on Their Smoking Behaviors in a Traditional School

目的 :探索临床实习对医学生吸烟行为的影响。方法 :对 454名男生运用不记名的问卷调查方法 ,采用自身对照和组间对照的方式进行统计分析。结果 :经过临床实习 ,学生吸烟率由 1 4 .6 %增高到 40 .4% ,人均每周吸烟量由 1 5 .1支上升到 36 .3支 ,而且实习后的男生吸烟率与人均每周吸烟量均明显高于对照组。结论 :临床实习后学生吸烟率和人均吸烟量均有明显增高 。

Objective: To discuss the effect of medical students' clinical practice on their smoking behaviors. Methods: Two hundred and fifty-four boy students were surveyed a bearer questionnaire. Auto-control study and grouped comparison were performed. Results: After clinical practice been finished, the rate of smoking increased from 14.6% to 40.4%, the number of cigarette smoke per capita each week raised from 15.1 to 36.3, which were higher as compared with controls. Conclusion: After clinical practice, the rate of smoking and the number of cigarette smoke per capita each week increased obviously, hence, education and management should be strengthened among practice medical students.
