摘要
山东省重化工产业的长期发展,不仅消耗了大量土地、水、能源等资源,而且排放了较多的污染物。分析表明,山东省资源环境承载力较低,主要表现为能源利用效率偏低,能源外部依赖度过高,水资源严重短缺,土地资源日趋紧张,近岸海域环境质量恶化,复合型大气污染日趋严重等。
The long-run development of heavy chemical industries in Shandong Province, has not only consumed a large amount of the land, water and energy, but also discharged lots of contaminants. The analysis indicates a lower bearing capacity of resources and environment in Shandong Province, including low efficiency of energy utilization, high dependence on external energy, serious shortage of water resources, high demand of land resources, environmental deterioration of coastal waters, and the composite type of air pollution.
