摘要
礼仪是人类为维持和谐社会生活而设计出来的一整套行为规范,是社会运行和人际交往秩序的具体的形态。从管理学的视角分析,礼仪是管理文化的重要节点,是古今中外管理精华的凝聚;礼仪是管理方法的重要部分,是管理行之有效的手段;礼仪是管理实践的重要路径,是管理文化与管理工作融合的平台。由于其善于将不同形态的管理文化与实践以一定的仪式作为载体固定和践履,因而具有独特的管理功能。
Etiquette is act criteria designed by humankind for the purpose of maintaining the harmonious society. It is the concrete form of society functioning and interpersonal communication. Analyzed from the angle of management, etiquette is the key in culture management and cream of management at all times and in all countries. Etiquette is the important part in management and effective means of management. Etiquette is also major method in management practice as well as the platform for the integration of management culture and management work. Being the carrier of management culture and culture practice in various forms, etiquette has unique management functions.
