摘要
以云南省烟草商业企业为研究对象,结合云南省烟草企业的自身特点及其所具备的优势,分析云南烟草商业企业多元化发展历程,并在此基础上明确云南省烟草商业多元化经营的战略目标,进而提出具体的发展路径,以期为烟草企业进行多元化经营提供发展思路.
Take the tobacco business enterprises in Yunnan Province as the research object, based on the characteristics and advanta- ges of the tobacco industry in Yunnan Province and made a systematic analysis of commercial enterprises in Yunnan tobacco diversified development process. On this basis, we selected a strategic goal of diversification, then put forward some specific development paths and hope to provide ideas for the diversified development of tobacco companies.
