小学教育专业教学团队建设的研究与实践——以湖南第一师范学院小学教育专业省级教学团队建设为例

摘要 湖南第一师范学院小学教育专业省级教学团队自立项建设以来,积极开展团队建设理论研究,厘定教学团队概念内涵,分析教学团队主要特征,秉承百年师范教育传统,打造小学教育专业品牌,不断探索小学教师教育规律,开展了卓有成效的工作,取得了显著的成绩,形成了鲜明的特色,在省内外得到广泛应用和推广,充分发挥了省级教学团队的示范和辐射效应。 The primary education specialty teaching team in Hunan First Normal University has actively caried out team construction theoretical research, set teaching team concept, analyzed main characteristics of the teaching team, adhered to the traditional normal education for centuries,buildt primary school education major brand, and continu- ously explored primary school teacher education law since the team project approving. The primary education specialty teaching team has carried out fruitful work, obtained the remarkable result and formed the distinct characteristics. As the provincial teaching team, it is widely applied and spread both in Hunan and other provinces,showing the effect of demonstration and radiation.
