当前计算机应用型人才能力培养存在诸多问题,我们应以市场需求为导向,分析计算机应用型人才能力的内涵,构建以能力内涵培养为核心的课程群教学体系。实践教学表明,"一个核心、两个体系、多个模块"的总体教学策略,完备的以能力培养为中心的多模块课程群教学体系,有效的实践措施机制,是提升计算机应用型人才能力培养的有效途径。

In view of the guidance, with in-depth current computer applied talents training problems,this paper takes the market demand as analysis of the connotation of the ability of computer applied talents, and tries to build a competency training courses teaching system as the core. Teaching practice shows that, ＂the overall teaching strategy of one core, two systems, multiple module＂, complete multi module courses teaching system, mechanism of practical ef- fective measures, are effective ways to enhance the cultivation of the ability of computer applied talents.
