航海类高职生人格特征与职业成熟度的关系研究

Research on the Relations between Personality and Career Maturity of Nautical College Students

采用《大学生职业成熟度问卷》和《艾森克人格问卷简式量表中国版》对263名航海类专业高职生进行问卷调查,探究高职院校航海类专业学生的人格特征与职业成熟度的关系,以期为高校就业指导课程设计提供依据。结果表明:航海类专业高职生在人格特征的内外倾、神经质和精神质这3个因子上与职业成熟度均有显著相关;人格特征对职业成熟度具有一定的预测力。

In order to explore the relationship between personality and career maturity of nautical students in col- lege, and to provide the basis for employment guidance course, 263 students were questioned by college students＇ career survey questionnaire and EPQ - RSC. The results showed： The personality of nautical students in college and the career maturity of them are significantly correlated. The personality character can forecast the career maturity of nautical stu- dents in college in a certain extent. It＇s important to optimize the personality character of nautical students in college.
