摘要
针对高职院校就业指导工作的现状,通过问卷调查对高职学生择业效能感现状分析,形成有针对性的团体辅导方案。通过进行实验干预和效果评估,证明方案可以有效提高高职学生择业效能感水平,特别是在提升自信,有效选择职业目标和制定未来规划方面,论证了团体辅导干预择业效能感是一种行之有效的就业指导模式。
According to cun^nt situation of employment guidance work in higher vocational colleges, through the questionnaire survey analysis about the present situation of higher vocational students' self- efficacy, form a targeted ca- reer planning scheme. Through experimental intervention and effect evaluation, career planning scheme can effectively improve the level of highervocational students' self- efficacy, especially in confidence, choosing effective career goals and formulate future plans. This paper expounds on the career planning and career self- efficacy is an effective mode of employment guidance.
