阿托伐他汀钙影响脑梗死患者脑血流动力学的分析

Analysis of Effect of Atorvastatin Calcium on Cerebral Hemodynamics in Patients with Cerebral Infarction

目的观察分析阿托伐他汀钙影响脑梗死患者脑血流动力学情况。方法选取我院收治的脑梗死患者100例,随机将患者分为观察组和对照组,观察组采用阿托伐他汀钙治疗,对照组采用常规的脑梗死治疗。结果治疗后,观察组患者脑部的血流动力学参数有显著性变化,治疗前后对比差异有显著性(P<0.05)。对照组患者其脑部的血流动力学参数亦有所变化,但治疗前后对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者的血流动力学参数变化幅度明显大于对照组患者,两组对比差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论阿托伐他汀钙有效改善脑梗死患者的脑血流动力学参数,增加脑部的血流速度以及有效降低搏动参数。

Objective To explore the effect of atorvastatin calcium on cerebral hemodynamics in patients with cerebral infarction. Methods 100 patients with cerebral infarction treated in our hospital were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. The observation group was treated with atorvastatin calcium and the control group with conventional treatment of cerebral infarction. Results After treatment there was statistically significant difference in the cerebral hemodynamics of the observation group, but no statistically significant difference in the control group. And the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conelusion Atorvastatin calcium can improve the cerebral hemodynamic parameters in patients with cerebral infarction, increase blood flow of the brain and effectively reduce the pulse parameters.
