胎儿生长迟缓时体内维生素A水平改变对新生儿视力发育的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的 探讨胎儿生长迟缓 (IUGR)时母血、脐血中维生素A(VitA)水平的变化以及对新生儿视力发育的影响。方法 采用微量荧光法测定IUGR组和正常对照组各 30例孕妇母血、脐血血清中VitA含量 ,并对所有新生儿采用闪光视觉诱发电位 (F VEP)检测新生儿视功能发育状况。结果 IUGR组母血、脐血中VitA含量均低于正常对照组 (P <0 0 1) ,且母血、脐血中VitA含量两者之间相关性 ,r =0 80 99、P <0 0 1;母血、脐血中VitA含量与新生儿体重呈正相关 (P <0 0 1)。F VEP检测IUGR组P10 0潜伏期较正常对照组延长 (P <0 0 5 ) ,而幅值则低于对照组 (P <0 0 1) ;P10 0潜伏期与新生儿体重呈负相关 ,而幅值与新生儿体重呈正相关。结论 提示IUGR时小于胎龄儿 (SGA)视觉发育受到影响 ,该影响发生与母血。 Objective To investigate that the changes of maternal and umbilical serum vitamine A(VitA) levels of women with intrauterine growth retardation (IUGR) effect on visual development of their newborns.Methods The levels of maternal and umbilical serum VitA were detected by minimum fluorescence method in 30 patients with IUGR(IUGR group) and 30 normal pregnant women (control group).Visual development in both groups of newborns were detected by flashing visual evoked potential (F VEP).Results The levels of maternal and umbilical serum VitA with IUGR group were lower than these of control group ( P <0 01).The levels of maternal serum VitA were significantly related to these of umbilical serum VitA( r =0 8099, P <0 01).The peak times of P100 wave detected by F VEP in IUGR group were prolonged comparing with control group and amplitudes of P100 wave in IUGR group were lower than that in control group .The changesin peak times of P100 waves were significantly related to weights of newborns,( P <0 01),and the changes of amplitudes of P100 waves were positively related to weights of newborns.The visual development of newborns was represented by peak times and amplitudes of P100 waves.Conclusion Visual development of newborns of women with IUGR were delayed comparing with control group.The delay of visual development was related to the level of serum VitA reduced in IUGR group.
