子宫内膜异位症与细胞凋亡关系的研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的 从细胞凋亡水平和 p5 3基因表达的差异探讨子宫内膜异位症 (EM )的发病机理。方法  38例EM标本行HE染色、原位细胞凋亡标记实验 (TUNEL) ,p5 3mRNA的原位分子杂交实验。以正常子宫内膜作正常对照 ,经Dnase处理的子宫内膜为阳性对照 ,设空白阴性对照。结果 TUNEL实验结果 ,正常分泌期子宫内膜中细胞凋亡率为 2 4 2 9% ,EM的细胞凋亡率为 3 6 4%。p5 3在EM的表达为 7 43% ,而正常对照组为 2 8 5 1% ,差异有显著性 (P <0 0 5 )。 结论 EM的细胞凋亡水平和 p5 3的表达水平明显低于正常对照组。EM的发病可能与子宫内膜的细胞凋亡水平降低有关。 Objective To study the pathogenesis of EM by detecting the cell apoptosis and the p53 gene expression of EM.Methods Morphological changes of 38 specimens of EM were examined by HE dying,while cell apoptosis and apoptotic associated gene expression of p53 in EM were studied by TUNEL and in situ hybridization respectively.Controls were set by normal endometrium,the sample treated by Dnase,and negative.Results The rate of apoptosis cells in normal endometrium is 24 29% and in EM is 3 64%.The expression of p53 gene in tissues of EM is 7 47 per 100 cells and in normal endometrium 28 51.The difference is marked( P <0 05).Conclusion The cell apoptosis and p53 gene expression level of EM are lower than normal endometrium.There may be a relationship between the low level cell apoptosis and pathogenesis of EM.
