基于SWOT模型及双因素激励理论的高职青年“双师”成长途径探索

摘要 以高职院校青年教师为研究对象,运用态势分析法,分析青年"双师"成长环境,并从构建的SWOT矩阵模型中寻求发展途径。同时以"双因素"激励理论为依据,考虑不同个体发展需求,构建激励模式,以激发青年"双师"成长内驱力,并保障内驱力激发后的后续力。 Taking the young teachers in higher vocational colleges as study objects, applying SWOT to analyze growing environment of young "double-qualified" teachers, this paper tries to explore the ways of young teacher' s growth to double- qualified type according to the established SWOT model. At the same time, according to the Motivation Theory of Two Factors, and considering the individual differences, the encouragement system is constructed to motivate the young teachers' internal driving force to grow and assure the subsequent self-requirement.
