Innovative Study on Ideological and Moral Education in Higher Vocational College Based on Career Planning Education

职业生涯规划教育在教育内容、教育目标设定等方面都蕴含着丰富的德育内容。探索分析高职院校开展职业生涯教育中所存在的问题,提出以职业生涯教育为载体,采取职业生涯教育过程阶段化、教育课程模块化、教育训练一体化的有效措施,从而有效推进高职院校思想道德教育水平的进一步提升。

Career planning education contains abundant moral education in terms of the content of education and education goal setting. Exploring the existing problems of career planning education in higher vocational colleges, the paper puts forward effective measures to effectively promote the standard of ideology and morality education in higher vocational colleges： career education is taken as the carder, and career planning education process should be taken stage by stage, the education courses should be modularized and the training should be integrated.
