Thoughts and Practice on Regional Public Training Base——Professional Layout,Projects Development and Teachers Preparation

区域公共实训基地在我国发展的时间不长,在认识和实践上需要一个逐步深化和提高的过程。文章立足湖州市公共实训中心基地的建设实践,以专业布局、项目开发、师资准备为研究重点,对公共实训基地建设的相关内容进行了分析梳理,并尝试提出建设定位、技术方法的构想与建议,以期为今后公共实训基地的建设和运行提供指导与借鉴。

It has not been a long time for the development of regional public training base in our country, which proposes the requirement of deepening the improvement of understanding and practice. Based on the development experience of Huzhou City Public Training Base, this paper focuses on the layout, projects development and teachers preparation, analyses the development related to issues of public training base, and makes an effort in proposing ideas and suggestions for building orientation and technical methods, in order to guide the future de- velopment and operation of public training base.
