论高职学生法律意识课外渗透秩序的构建——以职业导向视角下的高职旅游专业为例

高职院校注重学生法律意识课外渗透秩序的构建,具有深远意义。高职教育培养目标的职业针对性,决定了高职学生法律意识课外渗透必须贯彻职业性原则。文章基于职业导向原则,对高职学生法律意识课外渗透秩序的构建进行了设计,具体包括专业社团职业法律意识渗透、学生创业公司职业法律意识渗透、职业法律课题参与模式职业法律意识渗透、专业实习前中后职业法律意识渗透,以及其他环节中的职业法律意识渗透。

The career orientation of training objectives of higher vocational education determines professional principle of extracurricular penetra- tion of higher vocational college students＇ law consciousness. Based on the principle of career orientation, this paper tries to make the law consciousness run through the different phases of university life including professional associations, students＇ venture companies, occupa- tional legal projects and the whole process of students＇ professional internship.
