高校对家庭困难学生认定的现状分析与思考

Current Situation and Reflection on the Identification of College Poverty-stricken Students

随着国家及地方政府对高校家庭困难学生的资助力度的加大,高校对家庭困难学生的认定工作成为资助政策能否落到实处的关键,这里从一个执行者的角度,就高校对家庭困难学生的认定过程、存在问题进行分析,提出相关建议,以期对构建更加科学合理的资助体系发挥积极的促动作用。

As the government has been strengthening financial support for poverty-stricken students colle- ges and universities, the key part of most effective assistance in this work turns to be the identification of these students. From the point of implementation, the paper discusses on the identification process, and existing problems. Suggestions are given in the hope that scientific financial support system can be estab- lished.
