摘要
运用心理学上的双因素理论,就辅导员满意度的内在和外在影响因素进行分析,并以此构造出辅导员工作满意度管理方格图。继而,对辅导员满意状况进行类型和维度的区分,有针对性地提出提升辅导员工作满意度的策略。
By adopting two-factor theory in psychology, the paper analyzes the internal and external factors that influence the satisfaction with the counselor's work. The management grid chart is constructed based on this analysis. Last, according to the distinction of the types and norms of satisfaction state, strategies to improve the satisfaction with the counselors' job are proposed.
