从总量、市场格局、技术格局和发展趋势四个方面对中国海水淡化产业的发展现状进行评估:中国海水淡化产能主要分布在六个沿海地区,且形成了"南膜北热"的区域格局;内外资技术供应商在海水淡化工程市场份额上较为均衡,但关键设备、材料、技术市场以外国公司为主导;当前海水淡化产业形成了以龙头企业为主导、并将进入实质性的规模化发展阶段,但仍存在着自主创新能力较弱、关键技术发展水平较低、市场拓展能力以及配套政策不足等问题,据此提出今后产业发展的对策建议。

From the detailed evaluation carried out on the total amount, market structure, technology pattern and trend of development of current situation of the development of seawater desalination industry in our country, the paper draws the conclusion that the seawater desalination industry in our country will enter the stage of scale development; the desalination capacity in China is mainly distributed in six coastal areas, foreign and domestic technology suppliers are tied in the market share of seawater desalination project, but the key equipment, materials, technology are overwhelmingly dominated by foreign companies; the technological pattern of seawater desalination is ＂membrane in South and thermal in North＂; In addition, development of seawater desalination industry in ourcountry is led by leading industries. Through the above analysis, it can be seen that the development of seawater desalination industry in China is faced with weak independent inno- vation ability, low level development of technology, lack of market development ability and supporting policies, and in vias of the above, the paper puts forward Suggestions on the future development of seawater desalination industry.
