摘要
本文以一台增压中冷带EGR系统的柴油机为研究对象,研究其进气系统EGR率分配均匀性。经研究发现原机绝对均匀性为4%,不满足1.5%的经验值。因此,提出了4种方案,并对其进行均匀性分析,得出合适的方案。
This paper researches the uniformity of EGR ratio on the basis of the turbocharged and intercooled diesel engine with an EGR system. The research shows that the original engine only has a 4% of uniformity ratio below 1.5% of the practical value. After the uniformity is analyzed, a best scheme is given from four proposed schemes.
