Based on Marxism and Party＇s route, Xinquan political training and consolidation educated and cultivated the army to set up communist ideal and belief, which is the start to institutionalize and standardize the political training and consolidation in the Red Army. Xinquan political training and consolidation reflected Mao Zedong＇s concept of army building with Chinese characteristics, accumulated rich experience in the Red Army＇s political and ideological work, and laid the practical and theoretical foundation for the programmatic document ＂Gutian Congress Resolution＂.
