临床护士核心能力的自我评价研究

The self-evaluation of clinical nurses′ core competence

通过福建省西部6所三级医院743名临床护士核心能力的调查数据分析。结果表明这6所医院护士核心能力的自我评价属于中等水平；护龄6-10a的护士其核心能力自我评价得分最高，大于20a的护龄自我评价较低；具有护师职称的护士其核心能力自我评价比其他职称的护士得分高：护士的教育程度也影响护士核心能力自我评价得分，学历高的护士核心能力自我评价也较高。建议医院在实际工作中要特别关注对低护龄和高龄护士这两个群体．以提高医院护理队伍的服务水平。

Based on the analysis of the questionnaires tor the clinical nurses＇ core competence in 6 hospitals in Western Fujian, are in the medium level. The years of service, the results show that the nurses＇ core competences the professional ranks, and the education level will affect the self-evaluation of the core competence. Particular attention should be paid to the young and the elderly nurses in practice.
