摘要
棉花滩水电站220kV棉锋线,由于压力闭锁和重合闸闭锁回路存在设计缺陷、开关三相不一致保护不满足反事故措施要求,保护装置运行不稳定,直接影响到电站的安全稳定运行。通过对改造前设备存在问题的分析,提出了针对压力闭锁和重合闸闭锁回路设计不合理的解决方法,阐述了保护升级改造的思路和配置优化措施。
In Mianhuatan Hydropower Station, due to the pressure lockout and reclosing lockout circuit design flaws, as well as the switch's three-phase anti-accident measures inconsistence with the protection requirements, the protection device cannot work stably, which has directly affected the safe and stable operation of the power station. By analyzing the device problems in the 220kV Mianfeng Line before the protection system reconstruction, a solution to the lockout against the unreasonable design of pressure and reclosing lockout circuit is proposed, and the measures for protection updating and configuration optimization of Mianfeng Line are elaborated.
