利用Moldflow软件对汽轮机叶片进行工艺成型分析,通过正交试验的办法来分析各工艺参数对翘曲变形的影响规律,得到一组最佳工艺参数组合。

The molding process analysis of turbine blade is carried out by using Moldflow. Through orthogonal test, the regular effect of various process parameters on warpage is analyzed and an optimal combination of process parameters is achieved.
