摘要
在船体建造过程中,大量焊接构件的变形不利于船体制造,从而影响到船舶建造的质量和周期。为解决这一问题,本文通过对船体焊接过程中构件焊接变形产生的原因及其影响因素进行了综合分析,在考虑船体构件建造过程中各阶段特点的基础上,总结了船体拼板焊接、T型材焊接、合拢焊接等工艺方法,从而有效地减小了焊接变形,满足了船体建造精度、使用性能的要求。
The large amount of deformation of the welded component is bad for the ship-manufacture, which can impair the quality and the producing period. The reason of the welding distortion of components in the boat-man^acture and all kinds of factors were analyzed. Based on different characteristics of various stages during constructing hull structural members, the processing methods of butt welding, T profiles welding were concluded, which will diminish welding distortion and meet the requirements of precision and performance in the boat-manufacture.
