为使中高职无缝衔接,以课程标准为依托,从现代学徒制出发,研究适合中高职业衔接的"一制四化"式模式,达到中职、高职、合作企业的资源共享,中高职衔接专业人才培养质量提高的目的。

To realize gapless link between middle and high vocational school,based on lecture standard,this paper studied the model of ＂a system of four modernization＇stating from modern apprenticeship ,to achieve resource sharing among middle vocational school, high vocational school and cooperative enterprise and to improve the quality of professional training. To make the vocational seamlessly to curriculum standards as the basis, starting from the modern apprenticeship, studies suitable for high occupation of convergence, ＂a system of four modernizations ＂ type mode, to vocational, vocational, cooperative enterprise resource sharing, in Vocational training professionals to improve the quality of convergence purposes.
