“6S”管理在企业理化实验室管理中的应用

本文介绍了"6S"管理的起源和内涵,论述了企业理化实验室推进"6S"管理的要领和必要性。强调在推进"6S"管理的各阶段实施过程中,都要把安全管理放在首位。在整理、整顿、清扫、清洁的诸过程中要处处渗透安全要求,清除各种危险源,保证生产生活正常进行。文章以我公司为例阐述了推进理化实验室"6S"管理的具体体会。

This article describes the origin and meaning of ＂6S＂ management, and discusses the essentials and necessity of physical and chemical laboratories to promote enterprise ＂6S＇management During promoting the ＂6S＂management to each stage, safety management must be given priority. Safety requirements should permeate in each process of arrangement, rectifying, sweeping, and cleaning, to remove all kinds of hazards, and ensure normal production and life. This paper will take my company as an example and illustrate specific experience of how it promotes＂ 6s＂ management.
