临沂市5岁幼儿龋病现状及相关因素分析

THE PRESENT SITUATION OF FIVE-YEAR-OLD CHILDREN'S CARIES IN LINYI CITY AND ITS RELEVANT FACTORS

目的探索临沂市5岁幼儿乳牙龋齿的现状及相关影响因素,为幼儿乳牙龋病的预防提供流行病学依据。方法抽样调查临沂市5岁幼儿426名进行口腔检查,并对受检幼儿家长进行口腔问卷调查。结果临沂市5岁幼儿乳牙患龋率为63.4%,龋均为3.32±3.895,城乡间差异无统计学意义(p=0.127),性别间差异有统计学意义(p=0.001)。喂养方式、进食果汁频率、是否喝甜酸奶、是否在睡前吃甜点或喝甜饮料、家长对含氟牙膏的知晓率、家长对乳牙治疗的认识是临沂市5岁幼儿乳牙患龋的影响因素。结论临沂市5岁幼儿患龋率较高,需加强口腔健康知识的宣传,开展有效的儿童口腔预防保健工作。

Objective To survey the present situation of five-year-old children＇s caries in Linyi City and to find out the relevant factors so as to provide epidemiological evidence for the prevention of the disease. Methods 426 five-year-old children in Linyi City were sampled for oral examination, and a questionnaires were used to survey the children＇s parents. Results In Linyi City, 63.4% of the surveyed five-year-old chil- dren suffered from caries with an average of 3.32±3. 895. No significant difference was found between ur ban and rural areas （ P =0. 127）or between boys and girls（ P =0. 001）. The factors causing kids＇ decidu- ous caries in Linyi City mainly included feeding patterns, frequency of eating fruit juices, whether drinking toothpaste and parents＇ awareness of d year-old children in Linyi City is high. to provide effective preventive oral hea eel M duous teeth protection. Conclusion The incidence of caries in five- ore effort should be made to publicize oral health knowledge and care for children.
