摘要
目的探讨产科护理纠纷隐患的原因并提出相应的对策。方法回顾性分析产科8起护理纠纷的情况,查找纠纷发生的原因,并制定和采取相关防范措施。结果转变了服务理念,加强落实了各项规章制度,严格执行各项操作规程,加强护患沟通及法律知识的学习,积极处理发生的护理纠纷,提高了患者满意度。结论产科护理人员提高业务素质的同时,要增强服务意识、严格操作规程,自觉遵守法律法规,全面提高护理质量,是减少和预防护理纠纷的有效途径。
Objective To explore the causes of obstetric care disputes and Preventive measures. Methods Retrospective analysis of 8 obstetrics nursing disputes was conducted to find out the causes and to take pre- ventive measures. Results By changing the principles of service, strictly implementing rules and regula- tions and operating instructions, promoting the nurse-patient communication and studying the relative laws, patients' satisfaction was greatly improved. Conclusion For the obstetric nursing staff to improve the quality of professional service, to enhance service awareness, to strictly implementing rules and regulations and operating instructions and to abide by the relative laws is an effective way of reducing and preventing nursing disputes.
