注重思考思维思想 培养大学生的创造力

摘要 冲破专业知识教育的定势,以注重质量和内涵式发展、提升大学的核心竞争力——创造力为理念,把思考("想"的方法)、思维("想"的逻辑)和思想("想"的成果)的培养作为系统工程来建设;突出思考与知识、思维与智能、思想与优良个性品质之间的联系,分析联系间的影响;探讨解决高等教育人才培养趋同问题的办法;最后,提出用融入管理的主观因素施加于评价体系,推动人才创造力培养的科学发展。 Break through the mindset of professional knowledge education, in order to focus on quality and inner development and promote the core competitiveness of university, construct cultivation of thinking process, thinking logic and idea as a system engineering. Highlight the connections between thinking process and knowledge, thinking logic and intelligence, idea's and good personality. Discuss the method to solve convergence problem of higher education talent training. Finally, impressing subjective factors of integrated management to evaluation system, promote the scientific development of human creativity training.
