摘要
文章以山西省优秀青少年蹦床运动员为研究对象,通过文献资料调研、问卷调查法、专家访谈法、现场观察法、数理统计法等对山西省青少年蹦床运动员冬训期技术训练中的负荷量与负荷强度进行了研究,研究结果表明:山西省青少年蹦床运动员在冬训期以单个动作与第一套成套分段动作为主,负荷量大,平均周训练负荷量为1650次;负荷强度小,主要以单个动作难度为主。
This thesis selects outstanding adolescent trampoline athletes of Shanxi as the research object, and studies the load and load intensity of their winter training through literature review, questionnaire, expert interview, field observation and mathematical statistics methods. The results show that during the winter training period, the single movement and the first set of segment are mainly trained, with high load, about 1,650 times per week; while the load intensity is relatively low, focusing on the difficulty of single movement. The constant single action training and progressive training of complete set of movements are mainly adopted. The basic technical training represents a significant proportion, followed by difficult movements.
