米诺膦酸合成工艺的优化

摘要 采用正交试验法对米诺膦酸合成工艺进行优化,结果显示亚磷酸和三氯化磷的用量以及反应时间对产品收率有显著影响。优化后的工艺参数为:米诺酯-三氯化磷-亚磷酸的物质的量之比为1∶3∶2,反应时间为6 h。 The synthesis process of minodronic acid was modified by using orthogonal test method. The results showed that the amount of orthophosphorous acid,phosphorous trichloride and reaction time were the top three factors affecting the product yield. The optimized formula was: the ratio of imidazo [1,2-a] pyridine-3-acetic acid ethyl ester,orthophosphorus trichloride and orthophosphorous acid as 1∶3∶2,with the reaction time of 6 h.
