摘要
鉴于旅游客源地市场竞争激烈,旅游市场变化巨大,实现区域旅游一体化就成为山西省发展旅游业发展的重点策略。厘清实践过程中制约一体化进程的因素,明确宏观协调、均衡发展的战略步骤十分重要。从区域旅游一体化的概念出发,分析山西省目前区域旅游一体化实践中存在的政府职能、社会力量和企业利益间的不协调关系,以及统一宣传、产业结构、利益分配等方面的原因,提出了解决问题的对策。通过科学规划和协调,实现山西区域旅游一体化,可以极大地提升山西旅游市场的竞争力。
In view of the fierce competition in tourist source market, huge tourism market changes, to achieve integration of regional tourism development has become the focus of the development of tourism in Shanxi. The paper clarifies the factors restricting the practice process integration process, and the macro-coordination, balance-developed strategic steps which are of great very importance. From the concept of regional tourism integration, the paper analyzes the reasons for the relationship between government functions in which Shanxi uncoordinated regional tourism integration practices currently exist, between social forces and business interests, as well as a unified advocacy, industry structure, distribution of benefits and other aspects of the proposed the solutions to this problem. Through scientific planning and coordination to achieve Shanxi regional tourism integration, it can greatly enhance the competitiveness of the tourism market in Shanxi.
