摘要
本文以户外拓展训练活动者为研究对象,通过便利抽样方式在实地与网络对387名户外拓展活动者进行问卷调查,研究户外拓展活动者的个人特性因子、参训动机与户外拓展训练成效之间的相关关系。研究发现,户外拓展活动者的教育程度、职业、个人月收入与户外拓展活动者参训成效呈显著相关;户外拓展活动者参训动机与参训成效呈显著相关;户外拓展训练者对户外拓展活动成效测评整体较为满意。在此基础上,提出继续大力发展户外拓展训练,加强拓展训练课程的针对性,丰富拓展训练项目内容的多样性,提高参与者自身的积极主动性和重视拓展训练成效的外部评价等五方面建议来优化户外拓展训练成效。
This paper researched the relationship between 387 outward bound trainers' demographic and their motivation and performances they gained by convenient investigation with interviewing and the Internet. The finding shows that trainers' education, occupation, marriage, income and training motivation had an association with the performance of outward bound, and they can be satisfied during outward bound. Five suggestions could be put forward, e.x. promoting and developing outward bound, enhancing the pertinence of outward bound training, enriching the content of training programs and improving the trainers' participation and paying attention to external evaluation.
