摘要
无论从数量上还是质量上,林业信息化人才都不能满足当前林业信息化的需要。在确定林业信息工程本科人才培养互动机制的内涵的基础上,分析其现状及问题。围绕人才培养目标调整、课程体系优化、综合实践能力强化以及互动评价等方面构建林业信息工程本科人才培养互动机制,培养具有林学基础和信息技术的复合型人才,以适应社会需要。
Regardless of its quantity or quality, the forestry informatization talent, can not meet the need of current forestry informatization. Determining the interactive mechanism connotation of undergraduate talents for forestry information project, this study analyzes its present situation and problems. It proposes to construct interactive mechanism of undergraduate talents cultivation for forestry information project, and focus on adjusting the personnel training goal, optimizing the curriculum system, strengthening the comprehensive practice ability and the interaction mechanism, and cultivating compound talents with forestry basic knowledge and information technology to meet the needs of the society.
