The study of interaction between language input and language output guides us in college English teaching. Oral output is the final goal of learning a foreign language and also a tough issue. Language knowledge must be testified and strengthened in the process of language output. The enhancement of output capability is greatly influenced by the forms of language input and output in class, class environment and characteristics of students＇ mentality. The analysis of these combined factors will prompt the ability of oral output.
