摘要
为拓宽水介质旋流器有效分选的粒级范围与提高分选效率,向旋流器入料中添加絮凝剂聚丙烯酰胺(PAM),主要考察了不同用量的PAM对旋流器分选性能的影响。同时,采用激光粒度分析仪在不添加PAM和PAM用量5g/t时分别对旋流器入料、溢流和底流做了粒度组成分析。试验结果表明:水介质旋流器中添加PAM有利于提高+0.074mm粒级的分选效率,尤其是0.25~0.125mm粒级提高幅度较大,可达22%。通过分选产品的粒度组成对比分析可知PAM提高水介质旋流器分选性能的主要原因在于絮凝作用提高了颗粒的表观粒度。
To broaden the size fraction ranges of effective separation and improve the separa- tion efficiency, effects of ployacrylamide (PAM) on the separation performance of a water-only cyclone were investigated. The size compositions of feed,overflow and underflow of cyclone were measured by Microtrac S3500 with and without PAM. The results show that, by using PAM, the separation efficiency of the cyclone was improved for+0. 074mm fractions. Specifically, for the 0.25-0. 125 mm size fraction, the separation efficiency was increased by 22%. It can be concluded that the improved separation performance of the cyclone with PAM was mainly due to the increase in the apparent size of particles.
