转化生长因子α对相关抗原CA125在卵巢癌临床应用的支持作用

Effect of Transforming Growth Factor α on the Clinical Application of CA125 in Patients with Ovary Carcinoma

目的 :探讨卵巢癌患者血清转化生长因子α(transform ing growth factorα,TGFα)水平的临床意义及对相关抗原 CA12 5在临床应用中的支持作用。方法 :正常对照、卵巢良性肿瘤、卵巢癌患者各 30例 ,利用放免及酶联免疫法测定术前、术后血清 TGFα与 CA 12 5水平 ,分析其变化情况。结果 :卵巢癌组 TGFα、CA12 5均增高与正常对照及卵巢良性肿瘤组差别显著 (P <0 .0 5 )。其中 2例术前、术后 TGFα均较高 ,患者短期内死亡 ;卵巢良性肿瘤组与正常对照组 TGFα与 CA 12 5差别不显著 (P >0 .0 5 )。卵巢良性肿瘤组中 2例 CA12 5阳性。结论 :TGFα增高与卵巢癌相关 ,TGFα术前、术后均增高显著者预后较差。联合检测 TGFα、CA12 5可提高对卵巢癌的诊断及预后判断的准确程度。

Objective:Our purpose was to investigate the clinical significance of transforming growth factor α (TGFα) and its support function to CA125 on the diagnosis, prognosis defining, and treatment of ovary carcinoma. Methods: The serum levels of TGFα and CA125 were measured in three groups , each including 30 cases. One of these 3 groups was control group. The other 2 were ovary cystadenoma group and ovary carcinoma group before and after operation. Results: The levels of TGFα and CA125 were significantly higher in ovary carcinoma group than those in the other two groups (P<0.05). Two patients who had higher TGFα level died in short period in ovary carcinoma group. There was no significant difference in the level of TGFα between the control and the ovary cystadenoma group. The level of CA125 in two patients was positive in the cystadenoma group. Conclusion: The higher level of TGFα is related to ovary carcinoma. The patients with ovary carcinoma had more significantly higher TGFα before and after operation. The prognosis of these patients was poor. Combining measurement of TGFα and CA125 can raise the accuracy of the diagnosis and prognosis defining of ovary carcinoma.
