钽棒支撑治疗早期股骨头缺血性坏死的研究进展 被引量:8

摘要 股骨头缺血坏死( avascular necrosis of the femoral head,ANF)是股骨头血液供应遭到破坏的最终结果。好发于30~50岁的青壮年患者,近年来发病率有逐渐增长趋势。如未接受早期有效的干预治疗,80%的患者会发生股骨头塌陷致残,5%~12%的患者需行人工全髋关节置换术治疗( total hip arthroplasty, THA)。
