钽棒支撑治疗早期股骨头缺血性坏死的研究进展 被引量：8

摘要 股骨头缺血坏死（ avascular necrosis of the femoral head,ANF）是股骨头血液供应遭到破坏的最终结果。好发于30～50岁的青壮年患者，近年来发病率有逐渐增长趋势。如未接受早期有效的干预治疗，80％的患者会发生股骨头塌陷致残，5％～12％的患者需行人工全髋关节置换术治疗（ total hip arthroplasty, THA）。
