针刺加血府逐瘀汤治疗症状性脑血管痉挛30例 被引量:1

摘要 目的:观察针灸配合中药治疗症状性脑血管痉挛的临床疗效。方法:将60例确诊为症状性脑血管痉挛的患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,两组患者皆采用脱水、止血、腰椎穿刺、预防消化道出血等综合治疗措施,然后治疗组采用针刺配合血府逐瘀汤+静脉泵入尼莫地平(2-4ml/h),14d后改为口服尼莫地平,对照组采用静脉泵入尼莫地平(2-4ml/h),14d后改为口服尼莫地平。结果:治疗组总有效率为76.67%,对照组总有效率为60.00%,两组疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论:针刺配合血府逐瘀汤能有效预防和改善脑血管痉挛的发生,较单纯的西医常规疗效明显。 Objective: To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture plus Xuefu Zhuyu decoction on treating symptomatic cerebral vasospasm. Methods: 60 cases of symptomatic cerebral vasospasm were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 30 in each. Two groups of patients were given dehydration, hemostatic, lumbar puncture, the prevention of gastrointestinal bleeding and other comprehensive treatment measures, The treated group was treated by acupuncture combined with Xuefu Zhuyu decoction plus intravenous infusion of nimodipine (2-4ml/h), after 14d changed oral administration of nimodipine, control group was given intravenous infusion of nimodipine (2-4ml/h), after 14d changed oral administration of nimodipine. Results: The total efficiency of treated group was 76.67%, control group was 60%, and compare the efficacy of two groups, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion: Acupuncture combined with Xuefu Zhuyu decoction can effectively prevent and improve cerebral vascular spasm, curative effect obvious better than conventional modem medicine.
